had bell pepper+onion+balsamic vinaigrette salad with a sprinkling of cashews and like 5 grams of gouda cheese -_-
wow. so yummy. i'd forgotten how wonderful onion tastes. how raw peppers and onions taste. SUPER.
one million times better raw than grilled/baked/roasted when combined with just over a teaspoon of the vinaigrette. so good i made it twice (cuz i was still hungry -_-)
so in the end i ate maybe 2 large bell peppers for dinner, and one small spicy onion.
i know low blood sugar is gonna make me raid the fridge later. perhaps i will have a piece of chocolate.
im reserving 70calories for iced coffee later. heheh
