ok need to be more specific with my resolutions
want to lose weight right?
gonna stock up on salad. at least one meal has to be salad!! every day!
if it isnt yummy, i won't eat it! can't waste calories like that
im swearing off anything deep fried. i will not patronise any fast food outlets.
i will only grill, bake, broil or, if i cant help it, stir fry.
i will drink 2 glasses of water before a meal!
i will only eat half a bowl of rice if i cant avoid eating it altogether
avoiding corn, pumpkin, potato, pasta and all high carbs
vegetable soup is gonna be my staple dish. maybe throw in some chicken breast
only half a cup of cereal for breakfast if im not having salad
i will stop making desserts!!! no more apple crumble, or shrtbread or muffinssssss dammmmit. (i wanted to make apple pie)
the only meats i will eat are fish and chicken breast!!! and maybe pork ribs hahahaha
im swearing off bread!
and i will run 3 times a week, or 2 if i really cant do 3, for an hour each time!

and to keep from getting bored of salads, i'll alternate between chicken salad, shrimp salad, and salmon salad, and maybe egg salad. until i finish that bottle of balsamic vinaigrette!!!
i will try making some salsa they look good.
for tonight, im having salmon with mango salsa!
