god i hate this responsibility thing.
viva week after next. when they review my case records im gonna be screwed. worried as hell but i cant do anything about it now because that would count as doctoring the records! i think.
sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeete.
i know i didnt write anything because i didnt know what to write! thats the reason why i leave things blank! and i have left many many things blank. i would be an easy target to be sued for negligence. gah. can i ask for leniency since im a student? can i push blame to the supervisor for not ensuring i kept proper case records? because she signed my form, she is liable too!
shit man. shit.
this medico-legal shit is such a pain in the ass.
you know a lot of this bad case record thing (omitting questions) can be avoided if the record sheets were more comprehensive. instead of one big blank space, if things like 'visual task' or a list of common diseases were listed there we wouldnt miss out on stupid questions and there would be no grounds to sue for medical negligence! because honestly, history taking can be as brief or as comprehensive, it could take 2minutes or it could take 20. and i really hate that things that arent recorded = not done, because it take a shitload of time to write EVERYTHING down. and i have a poor short term memory. and i understand that the law was made to protect the public, but i cant help but think it is unfair! it is so pro-public! really! where's the fairness in that! the scales are tipped in their favor, they can claim whatever rubbish they want, and we cant defend ourselves unless things were put in writing??!?!
gahhhhhh what a pain.
right now i wish i'd chosen to study something with less accountability. i wish i did something likesociology. that sounds interesting. suddenly general papers look attractive. let me argue my point.
